One star is too generous. Appalling experience. I wrote to this company via return email and their website three times requesting help expediting and redirecting my order and looking for a reason about why it took 12 days to action my order. The only response I got was them closing my ticket and sending me my tracking number. Hugely frustrating to not get any human interaction addressing my concerns. Never again.
